Falcon Services Inc. is a multi-service facility maintenance company, providing cost effective facilities management solutions for retail, industrial and institutional customers for over 15 years. While Falcon Services' projects tend to be small to moderate in size, we are keenly aware of the impact even these projects have on the environment. From the smallest 2 hour maintenance service call to a tenant build-out that may last weeks or months, Falcon Services is committed to employ standards, techniques, materials and thought processes that are considered green and environmentally sound.
From its beginnings in the mid-1990s, Falcon has considered buildings as part of the environment they are built in and, as such, should coexist and cause the least harm possible to that environment. From using locally harvested and milled lumber in building our first shop to reusing pressure treated lumber from a demolition project for blocking when installing new roof top curbs on the same project. Falcon Services was "going green" before green got going!
